Well, it's only the sixth day of Christmas--you still have six more days. :)
You could start a New Years tradition! Ginger yummy houses are good for any holiday.
I agree with Pam. Plus you can get the construction materials quite cheap in post-Christmas sales... Give the poor girl a happy new year and slap together some powdered sugar frosting and a stray gingerbread roof, will ya?
